An ordained Episcopal priest, author, a certified yoga educator, Gena Davis is a commissioned spiritual director, a Benedictine Oblate with the World Community for Christian Meditation, and the founder of YogaMass. Her 2017 book, YogaMass: Embodying Christ Consciousnessoffers folks a hands on, meditative approach to the Gospel that’s gaining some major traction. Read more about YogaMass, and then join us this Sunday to hear from Gena herself why YogaMass has so many folks so excited.

Oliver Rajamani has the magic, fire and spirit of Indian music and the passion of Gypsy music in his blood and it flows naturally out of him at his live shows. In addition to his successful solo career, Rajamani has performed and recorded with International artists such as Willie Nelson, L. Shankar, Eric Johnson, Dale Watson, and so many more. Rajamani’s music has also been used in many movies,  including Turk Pipkin’s “Nobelity.” In addition, Rajamani is also a daily yoga practitioner and expert on Nada Yoga, the “yogic science of sound and meditation.” He has presented Nada yoga workshops in India, Germany, and the US. He is a regular teacher at the Music Therapy Center in Austin, Texas.

Since 2012, The Front Porch has hosted pub church, complete with live music, food & drink, open conversation and Communion. This fall, we’ll meet each Sunday at 5:30 PM in the Parish Hall at the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection, partnering with Strange Land Brewery to bring the pub to the church. A hot dinner is provided, courtesy of All Saints’ Episcopal Church. Donations are encouraged.
